Warkworth Hockey Club was established in 2019 by a number of committed local hockey players. Our vision is to provide a hockey club that enables our local hockey players to play and train locally but also provide a competitive, fun and positive hockey environment.
We encourage our senior school children to continue and develop their hockey career whilst still in school and once they have left high school.
We play in the North Harbour Competition – women on a Saturday and men on Sunday. Currently have one team each men and women who competed in their first season in 2019.
Our senior woman took out their Division 3 competition in first place, and the men followed with a second place in Division 1 – an excellent result for our first year.
We have a really committed hockey committee who have a great love for the sport and work collectively to run the club. We train on Tuesday nights at the Warkworth Hockey Turf.
